Online IPO bidding for our Trading Clients

The salient features of the Online IPO Bidding process is explained in the following lines.

Online IPO Bidding benefits those clients who stay in / travel to remote locations and who wish to participate in IPOs as they can bid online by using user-id & password provided by BgSE Financials Ltd. The facility frees the clients from filling up Physical IPO forms, cheques and submitting at designated banks / sub syndicate centers. All the above activities will be carried out by us on behalf of the clients who subscribe for this facility.

A) Who can apply ?

The clients who own a trading account with us can apply for IPO Online bidding facility.

B) What is the procedure to apply online ?

The enrolled clients will get a separate login id and password for IPO online bidding.

C) What is the process followed at BgSE Financials ?

The client can use the broking account with us as a bank account and when client bids online IPO system checks the ledger balance and if sufficient balance is available IPO bids will be accepted.

D) What is the requirement to enter into such arrangement?

This requires client authorizing us through Power of Attorney (POA) – copies of the Request letter and POA.

Note :

1. Though we apply on behalf of clients, the shares if allotted, will be credited to clients DP accounts and if not then they will receive refund order in their names.

2. The decision-making can be deferred till the last but one day of the issue.

3. One time charge for stamping of POA will be levied.

4. No additional charges will be levied at the time of applying for every issue.

5. The clients have to have clear credit balance in their Trading account to the extent of application money.

Email ID

Further the clients are requested to provide their email id. So that it would be convenient to send them digitally signed Contract Notes, Financial Statements and any other communications concerning their Trading accounts.
