Indian benchmark indices continued to trade lower during the noon trading as top laggards continued to be IT majors Infosys and HCL Tech, down 2 per cent now. Bajaj Finserv, meanwhile, was the top loser ahead of its Q3 earnings, and was 2.3 per cent lower. Similarly, HUL, HDFC, RIL and Dr Reddy's were also trading nearly 2 per cent down, having extended their losses.
At 12:25 hours, the 30-share benchmark index was trading at 59628.66 down by -470.16 points or by -0.78 % and then NSE Nifty was at 17803 down by -135.4 points or by -0.75 %.
