Job highlights
• Well versed with preparation agenda, Minutes of Board Meeting, General Meeting and e-filing of forms as per the requirement of Companies Act, 2013
• Assisting on good governance practices and compliance of Corporate Governance norms as prescribed under various Corporate and Other Business Laws.
• Qualified Company Secretary: 0-3 years post qualification experience in a similar role
• Salary varies to upto 4 to 5 LPA.

• Convening Board Meeting, Committee Meetings, General Meetings, etc as per the procedure in Law (all pre and post Compliance).
• Ensure policies, regulatory, or statutory changes that might affect the organization isupto date and approved by the Board/ committee members.
