This is to intimate that the Board of Directors of National Highways Infra Investment Managers Private Limited, the Investment Manager ('IM') of National Highways Infra Trust ('Trust') at its meeting held on 30th March,2022 have ,inter alia, considered and approved the following matters:\r\n\r\nApproved and adopted the revised Policy on Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and Dealing in Units by the Parties to the Trust ('UPSI Policy') after including the relevant provisions under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 .\r\n\r\nThe said UPSI Policy along with Policy for Determining Materiality of Information for Periodic Disclosures (Materiality Policy) are enclosed herewith as Annexure-I and Annexure-II.\r\n\r\nThe same are also published on the website of the Company.\r\n\r\nThe meeting concluded at 12.30 p.m.\r\n\r\nYou are requested to take the above information on record.
