Pursuant to the Provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015, we wish to inform you that Committee of Creditors of the Company in their meeting held today i.e 29th January , 2025, noted and approve the financial results for the quarter ended 31st December 2024 along with Limited Review Report and discussed on the five (5) IBC complaint resolution plans and decided to put the plans to e-voting simultaneously.
