Nimbus Projects Limited (BSE: NIMBSPROJ), a leading Delhi-NCR-based real estate developer, reported robust growth in sales and collections for the second quarter of FY 2025-26. The company, which primarily operates in Noida and Greater Noida, has also entered the premium housing segment with the acquisition of the “Sunworld Arista Phase-2” project, featuring a total saleable area of 1.10 million sq. ft.
The company’s joint venture, IITL-Nimbus The Palm Village, recently received a favourable order from the Uttar Pradesh Government’s Department of Industrial and Development. Acting on the firm’s revision petition, the Principal Secretary on July 15, 2025, directed the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) to recalculate the land allotment, considering interest credits and other factors.
Following the directive, the firm expects to receive an additional 24,365 sq. mt. of land, allowing for a permissible FAR of 3, translating to approximately 1.10 million sq. ft. of additional saleable area.
Commenting on the performance, Mr. Bipin Agarwal, Chairman and Managing Director, said, “Our strong sales and collection figures for Q2 and H1 FY2025-26 underscore the trust our customers place in our projects. With steady sales momentum and upcoming premium developments, we are confident of sustaining growth in the coming quarters.”
He added that Nimbus remains focused on delivering high-end developments that balance luxury, affordability, and sustainability. “We aim to redefine urban living through innovative designs and operational excellence, ensuring long-term value creation for all stakeholders,” Agarwal said.
