Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited (BSE: 539607), a fast-growing Indian technology company specializing in AI and cybersecurity-driven IT and IT-enabled services, has been empaneled as a 5G Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) System Integrator for Andhra Pradesh and at the national level to deliver next-generation 5G Internet Leased Line (ILL) services.
According to an official communication from the Office of the Chief General Manager, BSNL Andhra Pradesh Circle (Ref: APCO-12/15(11)/1/2025-EB-APCO/57, dated August 20, 2025), Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited has been formally empaneled as a National Level System Integrator for establishing and maintaining customer private networks within the BSNL AP Telecom Circle. The empanelment is valid for five years—from August 8, 2025, to August 7, 2030—under the terms of the EOI for empanelment.
The empanelment follows the signing of an Empanelment Agreement between Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) and Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited on July 31, 2025. Under the agreement, Blue Cloud will serve as a 5G FWA Partner to provide Internet Leased Line services on a revenue-sharing basis with BSNL. The collaboration, valid for 60 months until July 30, 2030, includes provisions for future extension.
As part of the partnership, Blue Cloud will be responsible for designing, supplying, deploying, operating, and maintaining the required 5G RAN, Edge CORE, radio access equipment, and Customer Premises Equipment (CPE). The company will also oversee installation, commissioning, and active promotion of 5G FWA services to enterprise customers. BSNL will provide infrastructure support, including space, power, tower access, backhaul connectivity, spectrum, and bandwidth, while managing billing and customer payments under the BSNL brand. Revenue generated will be shared between Blue Cloud and BSNL in a ratio of 70:30 (BCSSL: BSNL) based on business volume.
This empanelment positions Blue Cloud Softech to play a pivotal role in accelerating 5G adoption across Andhra Pradesh and India. It enables the company to integrate advanced 5G technologies and deliver high-speed, reliable Internet Leased Line services to enterprises, government entities, and other organizations. The initiative also paves the way for Blue Cloud to expand its offerings, including Edge Micro Data Centers, Air Fiber (OTT & IPTV), AI-Healthcare solutions, AIoT (Industry 4.0) integration, AI-driven analytics, and smart connectivity services.
BSNL’s Andhra Pradesh Circle has directed the commencement of Proof of Concept (PoC) trials at Mindi, Visakhapatnam, and Anakapalli to validate the performance of Blue Cloud’s 5G FWA integration. The company has initiated the PoC process and plans to begin service trials in the first week of November 2025.
The empanelment marks a significant milestone in Blue Cloud’s strategy to lead India’s digital transformation by deploying scalable, secure, and high-speed 5G connectivity solutions. Through this collaboration, the company aims to enhance enterprise and government connectivity, bridge the digital divide in underserved areas, and contribute to the development of smart infrastructure across the country.
