This is to inform you that an application under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy code, 2016 was filed by Fort Cafe Food Services Pvt Ltd. (Financial Creditor) against Radhagobind Commercial Ltd. (Corporate Debtor/Company), before the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench. The Hon'ble NCLT by virtue of the order dated October 30, 2025 (order) in CP(IB) No. 71/KB/2025 admitted the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) for the Corporate Debtor as per the provisions of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. By the said order dated 30th October, 2025 Mr. Najeeb T P (IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N01014/2020-21/13316) has been appointed as an Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) under the provisions of IBC, 2016.
