The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 42.94 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 47.46 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 9.52 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 6.14 per cent at Rs 389.41 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 414.89 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses dropped by 6.49 per cent to Rs 319.19 crore from Rs 341.36 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 19.00 per cent at Rs 7.42 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 9.16 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 4.50 per cent to Rs 70.22 crore as against Rs 73.53 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 1.75 per cent in September quarter.
Interest declined by 2.86 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.34 crore, while Taxation decreased by 4.15 per cent at Rs 16.17 crore (Sep'24 Rs 16.87 crore).
