The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 37.05 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 32.90 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 12.61 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 16.79 per cent at Rs 499.94 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 428.06 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 13.17 per cent to Rs 406.98 crore from Rs 359.62 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 40.26 per cent at Rs 3.24 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 2.31 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 35.83 per cent to Rs 92.96 crore as against Rs 68.44 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 16.26 per cent in September quarter.
Interest grew by 20.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 6.18 crore, while Taxation increased by 10.34 per cent at Rs 12.80 crore (Sep'24 Rs 11.60 crore).
