RGF Capital Markets Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 15/11/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We wish to inform you that Mr. Sanjib Dutta (DIN: 08419495) was appointed as an Additional Director on the Board of RGF Capital Markets Limited with effect from 25th September, 2025, pursuant to the provisions of Section 161(1) of the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable provisions thereof.\r\n\r\nHowever, due to unforeseen technical glitches on the Stock Exchange portal, the Company was unable to file the said intimation within the prescribed timeline under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.\r\n\r\nThe Company has now successfully resolved the technical issue and is accordingly submitting this intimation for your record and kind information.
