Appointment of Ms. Anisha Dad as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, with effect from November 14, 2025, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee; and\r\n\r\n3. Appointment of Mr. Jay Ahire as a Chief Financial Officer of the Company, with effect from November 14, 2025, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.\r\n
