In continuation of our earlier intimation dated September 26, 2025, regarding the proposed incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary, we wish to inform you that the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has approved the incorporation of the Wholly Owned Subsidiary named \Indsil Infrastructure Limited\ and has issued the Certificate of Incorporation today i.e., 23rd October 2025
