The Board of Directors in it's Meeting held on 21st November 2025, has considered and approved (1) An Investment Plan involving an amount of Rs.25.00 Cr with an option to invest another amount Rs.25.00 Cr within a period of Two years in and (2) To form a Joint Venture Company, with Big Bang Boom Solutions Pvt Ltd.
