We wish to clarify that other than the disclosures already made to the stock exchange from time to time, there have been no reportable or material developments in the day to day operations of the company. The business operations of the company continue as usual. \r\n\r\nAccordingly the movement in the price of the securities of the company is purely due to prevailing market conditions and it is entirely market driven. The management of the company has no role or involvement whatsoever in such movement in the price of the securities.\r\n\r\nThe company shall continue to comply with all applicable disclosure requirements and shall provide all material and relevant information to the stock exchange as and when required in accordance with the Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) 2015.\r\n\r\n
