As on December 31, 2025 (last day of Financial Year), Schaeffler India Limited ( the Company ) does not have an outstanding long term borrowing of Rs. 100 Crores or above. Therefore, the Company does not fulfill criteria for being identified as Large Corporate as per the provisions of SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018.
