In continuation to our letter dated January 05, 2026, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, has inter alia approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, prepared in terms of Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI Listing Regulations'), duly reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee. The same has been enclosed herewith along with Limited Review Report of Statutory Auditor's thereon.\r\n\r\nThe meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 4:15 p.m. and concluded at 5:18 p.m.\r\n
