Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Regulation 31A(10) read with Schedule III of the SEBI LODR Regulations and the SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011, we hereby inform you that the open offer made to the public shareholders of the Company has been successfully completed. Consequent thereto, the management and control of the Company have been taken over by the new management with effect from January 15, 2026, which has been noted by the Board of Directors.
