In accordance with Regulation 31A(10) of the SEBI LODR Regulations, the Board has noted the reclassification of the erstwhile promoters from the 'Promoter and Promoter Group' category to the 'Public' category. The promoters of the Company now comprise Mr. Shankar Varadharajan and Mr. Keshav A. S., along with persons acting in concert, namely Mr. Rohan Ramaswamy, Mr. Venkatesh Subramanyam, and Mr. Vignesh Seethapathi, with effect from January 15, 2026.
