The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.21 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 13.64 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 83.80 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 7.16 per cent at Rs 79.61 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 85.75 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 16.00 per cent to Rs 79.66 crore from Rs 68.67 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 122.74 per cent at Rs 10.09 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 4.53 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 100.29 per cent to Rs -0.05 crore as against Rs 17.08 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 100.30 per cent in December quarter.
Interest declined by 48.91 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.94 crore
