The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.28 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.42 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 57.93 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 13.28 per cent at Rs 14.43 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 16.64 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 10.91 per cent to Rs 11.79 crore from Rs 10.63 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 39.10 per cent at Rs 0.81 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.33 crore).
Operating Profit slipped by 56.07 per cent to Rs 2.64 crore as against Rs 6.01 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 49.25 per cent in December quarter.
Taxation decreased by 48.52 per cent at Rs 0.87 crore (Dec'24 Rs 1.69 crore).
