Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with other applicable Regulations, if any of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we inform that the second term of Mr. Nishit Chandulal Joshi (DIN: 06749898), Independent Director of the company, is completing on 10th March, 2026 and consequently, he shall cease to be the an Independent Director of the company with effect from the close of business hours on the 10th March 2026.
