Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 19/03/2026 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. Enhancement of Borrowing plan for the FY 2025-26.\r\n\r\n2. Raising of resources i.e. Market Borrowing Programme for the FY 2026-27 through issuance of bonds, term loans, Commercial Paper (CP) etc. from domestic & international markets.
