Wipro Limited has informed the Exchange that pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Cardinal US Holdings, Inc. (step-down subsidiary) has transferred its entire shareholding in Capco Consulting Services LLC (step-down subsidiary) to The Capital Markets Company, LLC (step-down subsidiary), effective March 30, 2026 (Eastern Time). The Company received intimation to this effect on April 1, 2026.
