State-owned NMDC Limited reported its highest-ever iron ore production of 53 million tonnes (MT) for FY26, marking a strong operational performance.
The company’s iron ore sales stood at 50.23 MT during the financial year, reflecting steady demand from the steel sector.
Production registered a 21% year-on-year growth compared to 44.07 MT in FY25, while sales increased 13% from 44.40 MT in the previous fiscal.
