The Board in its meeting held on April 27, 2026 has considered and approved the acquisition of remaining stake of M/s Ecoreco Park Private Limited, a Subsidiary to make wholly owned subsidiary of M/s. Eco Recycling Limited as to accelerate the future circular economy infrastructure vision.
