Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed the record date as July 24, 2026, for the purpose determining entitlement of the members for the final dividend (if declared at the 43rd AGM).
