The Board of Directors at their meeting held today, have approved the payment of final dividend of Rs. 23 per equity share of the face value of Re. 1 for the financial year ended 31st March 2026. \r\n\r\nThe dividend, if approved by shareholders, will be paid on or after 13th July 2026.
