This is to inform the exchanges that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 14th day of September, 2017, at the Registered office of the Company to, inter-alia, consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2017.
In connection with the above and as per the terms of the Company's "Insider Trading Code for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders", adopted by the Board of Directors pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the Company's securities shall remain closed for specified persons as defined in the Code with effect from 7th September, 2017 to 18th September, 2017 (both days inclusive).
