Equity benchmark indices Sensex and Nifty were trading on a positive note on Monday amid foreign fund inflows, a rally in Asian markets and optimism following a fresh trade agreement between India and the US.
At 10:50 hours, the 30-share benchmark index was trading at 84063.71 up by 483.31 points or by 0.58 % and then NSE Nifty was at 25852.35 up by 158.65 points or by 0.62 %.
Sensex touched intraday high of 84314.68 and intraday low of 83860.42 The NSE Nifty touched intraday high of 25922.25 and intraday low of 25780.9
