Indian equities are trading under pressure on early morning amid mixed cues from global peers. In the broader market, the Nifty MidCap 100 slipped 0.9 per cent, and the Nifty SmallCap 100 dipped 0.8 per cent.
Among shares, Apar Industries shares hit a 52-week high on BSE at ₹11,078.9 per share, rising 2.3 per cent in trade. While Vishal Mega Mart shares slipped 7.6 per cent in trade, logging an intra-day low at ₹117.8 per share amid large trades.
Meanwhile, shares price of Tata Motors (formerly known as TML Commercial Vehicles) continued its upward move, gaining 2 per cent at ₹501 on the BSE in Friday’s intra-day trade.
At 10:34 hours, the 30-share benchmark index was trading at 81788.04 down by -460.57 points or by -0.56 % and then NSE Nifty was at 25302.8 down by -193.75 points or by -0.76 %.
The BSE Sensex touched intraday high of 82246.17 and intraday low of 81673.38 The NSE Nifty touched intraday high of 25476.4 and intraday low of 25300.90.
The top gainers of the BSE Sensex pack were Eternal Ltd. (Rs. 250.35,+1.60%), HCL Technologies Ltd. (Rs. 1394.55,+1.54%), Infosys Ltd. (Rs. 1304.95,+1.21%), Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. (Rs. 1370.45,+0.64%), NTPC Ltd. (Rs. 384.00,+0.56%), among others.
On the flip side UltraTech Cement Ltd. (Rs. 12675.45,-2.00%), Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. (Rs. 14917.00,-1.95%), InterGlobe Aviation Ltd. (Rs. 4842.60,-1.92%), Bharti Airtel Ltd. (Rs. 1891.90,-1.90%), Hindustan Unilever Ltd. (Rs. 2346.50,-1.56%), were among top losers on the BSE.

The Market breadth, indicating the overall strength of the market, was weak. On BSE out of total shares traded 3936 , shares advanced were 1471 while 2262 shares declined and 203 were unchanged.
