Infosys, a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting, has announced a strategic collaboration with LogicMonitor, a leading SaaS-based hybrid observability platform powered by artificial intelligence (AI). This partnership brings together Infosys AIOps Insights—part of the Infosys Cobalt cloud offering—and LogicMonitor’s Edwin AI to significantly enhance the observability, performance, reliability, and customer experience of complex IT operations.
The integrated solutions aim to reduce the time required for problem diagnosis and resolution by up to 30%, cut down redundant alerts by as much as 70%, and offer end-to-end visibility across IT infrastructures. They also deliver persona-driven insights to improve forecasting, enable proactive issue resolution, and support more informed business decisions.
