With over three decades of experience in the automotive and electric mobility sectors, Mr. Kurian brings deep expertise in brand building, business transformation, and scaling operations.
A veteran with 31 years of leadership experience, Mr. Kurian has played a pivotal role in shaping the Indian two-wheeler and EV industries. He has previously held senior roles at Montra Electric, Greaves Electric Mobility (Ampere), Baxy Mobility, and Tork Motors, where he contributed significantly to EV product development, network expansion, and market penetration.
One of the highlights of his career was his tenure as Senior Vice President – Sales & Marketing at Yamaha Motor India, where he led a major turnaround from 2010 to 2016, driving annual sales from 2 lakh units to over 1 million units. His efforts revitalized Yamaha’s brand image and established it as a major contender in the competitive Indian motorcycle market.

Mr. Kurian holds a BBA from Bhopal School of Social Sciences, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from Safia College, Bhopal, and has completed Global Executive Programs in Japan.
