ARVIND PORT AND INFRA LIMITED has informed the Exchange that 32,42,000 (Thirty-Two Lakh Forty-Two Thousand) warrants have been forfeited on account of non-exercise of the option by the warrant holders to convert the warrants into equity shares within the stipulated period of 18 months from the date of allotment.
