The Board of Directors have given their consent for reappointment of M/s. Aruna Prasad & Co., as Cost Auditors of the Company for the year 2026-27.\r\n\r\nThe Board of Directors have given consent to recommend the proposal for payment of final dividend of Rs.1/- per share (of face value Rs.10/- each) on paid-up capital of the company for the year 2025-26 subject to shareholders approval at the AGM.
