This is to inform you that the Company had raised an amount of INR 6,75,00,000 (Indian Rupees Six Crores Seventy-Five Lakhs) through a Preferential Issue in accordance with Chapter V of the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations and other applicable laws, pursuant to the Letter of Offer dated November 20, 2025 (\LOF\). \r\n\r\nThe details of funds raised and utilization of the funds raised is enclosed herein.
