The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has launched the July 2026 round of the Urban Consumer Confidence Survey (UCCS) to gauge household sentiment on the economy.
The survey will collect qualitative responses from households across 19 cities on key aspects such as the overall economic situation, employment prospects, price levels, household income, and spending patterns. The findings will provide valuable inputs for the RBI's monetary policy formulation.
The survey will be conducted by Hansa Research Group Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai, on behalf of the RBI. Selected households will be contacted directly by the agency, while other interested individuals can also participate through the RBI's online survey platform.
