Indian benchmark indices, Sensex and Nifty, traded flat on Friday as sustained selling by foreign institutional investors (FIIs) offset positive global cues and optimism from the Reserve Bank of India’s dovish policy stance.
At 14:30 hours, the 30-share benchmark index was trading at 80977.27 down by -6.04 points or by -0.01 % and then NSE Nifty was at 24809.05 down by -27.25 points or by -0.11 %.
Sensex touched intraday high of 81056.57 and intraday low of 80649.57 The NSE Nifty touched intraday high of 24855.7 and intraday low of 24747.55
