The benchmark indices ended in red for the third straight day on Thursday, with Sensex falling 634 points to end at 59,465 levels spooked by FII selling, rising US bond yields, soaring oil prices, and concerns over inflation.
Analysts, however, expect markets to recover from here on as they have reached their key support zones.
The 30-share benchmark index ended at 59464.62 down by -634.2 points or by -1.06 % and then NSE Nifty was at 17757 down by -181.4 points or by -1.01 %.
Sensex touched intraday high of 60045.48 and intraday low of 59068.31 The NSE Nifty touched intraday high of 17943.7 and intraday low of 17648.45

The top losers of the BSE Sensex pack were Bajaj Finserv Ltd. (Rs. 17260.30,-4.57%), Infosys Ltd. (Rs. 1824.15,-2.33%), Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. (Rs. 3827.85,-2.25%), Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (Rs. 819.65,-2.20%), Hindustan Unilever Ltd. (Rs. 2261.60,-2.13%), among others.
